Indian School of Business and the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India are jointly organizing "The Deccan Dialogue" on February 9, 2018 in Hyderabad. The Deccan Dialogue is structured as a multi-stakeholder, cross-sectoral conclave, involving policy and decision makers, leading voices from business industry and academia, members of the diplomatic community, media and academia, to explore, engage and widen the scope and impact of economic diplomacy in India's growth story. The theme for the inaugural edition of the Deccan Dialogue is Economic Diplomacy for Development.
Young minds from academic institutions are future leaders who are the drivers and brand ambassadors of economic diplomacy. With this belief, they invite active participation and ideas from students.
To be eligible to participate in the Deccan Dialogue, they need to submit an article (not more than 300 words) on any one of the following topics.
- Role of Youth Diplomacy as a tool in advancing Foreign Relations
- Role of New Media in Economic Diplomacy
- Role of Innovation and Entrepreneurship in promoting economic relations and strengthening development partnerships
Students in the undergraduate or post graduate level programmes are eligible to participate.
